THE PARAMOUNT
Richmond, British Columbia. The total contracted value was $5,253,862.60.
This project included the development of 3 levels: Podium L3 & L4, Green Roof and Level 9 Roof Garden, which represents a $1.4 concrete package done in-house with zero safe incidents in the more than 25,000 hours on-site. The fantastic performance of #TeamHorizon made it possible to complete the project two months ahead of schedule.
